Peanut Butter Mousse Pie with Chocolate Ganche

3 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1/4 c. milk
3/4 c. peanut butter
2 c. heavy cream
1 tbsp. vanilla

MOUSSE: Whip the cream. Cream the cream cheese with powdered sugar. Add milk
and peanut butter. Fold in the cream and vanilla.

GANACHE
1/2 c. cream
4 oz. chocolate chips

Melt in saucepan and pour over pie.

Author's note: Make Ganache ahead and pour into the bottom of the pie crust before adding the mousse. Let it chill also.
